The offices and manufacturing area occupies a total of 5,500 square feet comprising the design offices using CAD, goods inwards, stores with a bonded stock area, test area and the manufacturing areas.

The company was formed in 1994 by Chris Locke, with the directive to supply both a first class design and manufacturing facility for electrical / electronic control panels, based on a quailty of both product and service at a competitive price.

Global Power are established manufacturers of Refrigeration control panels for the retail food industry and are approved by the major supermarkets which include Somerfield, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Mark & Spencer, Co-op, etc. Other control panels manufactured include Earth monitoring panels, conveyor controls, grain handling controls, energy saving panels, paint spraybooth control, heating and ventilation control, motor control centers, LV switchboards and distribution boards also many other types of control panels with or without PLC controllers.
